The Wedding Fair

This past weekend we had the pleasure of participating in the Twin Cities Wedding Association's- Wedding Fair for the very first time!  Bridgeman's has been around for 80 years and has always had catering options.  However, we recently have decided to expand this department and now have customizeable event packages available!  In order to help get the word out about our great new options we decided to participate in this fun event to give everyone a chance to try our ice cream and explore our event options now available.  We set up our booth on Saturday to make sure it was ready and looking picture perfect for the fair.  Then, Sunday morning we arrived bright and early to start preparing to give out samples to everyone who stopped by!  We were prepared to be busy with about 18 of our 3 gallon tubs ready to go...but we had no idea how many people would be so excited to indulge in our premium ice cream!  Everyone loved it and kept coming back for seconds, thirds, fourths...we lost count!  We had so much fun talking with everyone and watching them drool over our Salted Caramel Espresso flavor in particular.  It was a huge hit!  After giving away over 1,800+ samples of our vanilla, raspberry fudge torte and salted caramel espresso we packed up and came home.  We had such a blast and look forward to participating in this great event again in the future.  A special shout out goes to Marit and Alicia for coming along to help out!
