It might be a mouthful, but that's ok when they are delicious! Alice Seuffert, author of the blog "Dining with Alice" has created a fun spin on the traditional Chocolate Crinkle Cookie! Chocolate Peanut Butter Crinkle Surprise Cookies

Ingredients:
½ cup Land O’Lakes Butter (salted, softened)
¾ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup White Sugar
½ cup Sweetened Cocoa (Nesquick)
2 tsp Vanilla
½ cup Peanut Butter
1 egg
1 ¾ cup Flour
¾ tsp Baking Soda
27 Riesen Chocolates
¼ cup Nesquick to roll cookies
Powdered Sugar for dusting
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
In a stand mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and cocoa. Mix until creamy and then add vanilla and peanut butter. Once combined add the egg.
In a bowl combine flour and baking soda and gradually add to peanut butter mixture. Scoop dough into balls and roll around Risen chocolates. In a small bowl, add ¼ cup Nesquick and roll each ball in the cocoa.
Bake for 10 minutes.
When cookies come out of the oven, gently press down each cookie for a crinkle appearance. Dust with powdered sugar. Let cookies rest for a few minutes before removing from the cookie sheet.
