Homemade Caramel Almond Joy Bites

Enjoy with Bridgeman’s Coconut Commotion
Ingredients:
¼ cup Smokehouse Blue Diamond Almonds
32 Werther’s Original Soft Caramels
½ cup Sweetened coconut
1 cup Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Melting Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Finely chop the almonds. Set aside.
Unwrap caramels. Press each caramel in the chopped almonds. Roll each caramel into a ball. Set aside.
Place coconut on a cookie sheet and bake for 4 minutes.
While the coconut is baking, melt the chocolate. Once the coconut is done baking, remove from the oven.
Once the chocolate is melted dip each caramel ball into the chocolate and then sprinkle each ball with coconut pieces.
Serve once the chocolate has dried.
